Digital delivery by default
CDX normally delivers electronic files through the agreed project workspace or approved transfer method. No physical shipping is included in advertised hourly rates. Printing, media, courier services or site delivery require a separate written arrangement.
Formats and compatibility
The quotation identifies native, neutral, editable and PDF formats as applicable. Confirm software versions and receiving-system requirements before production. The client should verify that files open in the agreed environment during review.
Timing and notifications
Delivery dates follow the agreed project milestones and depend on approved inputs and review turnaround. Project status and files appear in the workspace. Automated email notifications are not currently connected; check the workspace or agree another communication method.
Checking receipt
Check the deliverable register against the received files, including revision, count and expected formats. Report missing or damaged files promptly with the project reference. We investigate and reissue the intended package where appropriate.
Restricted or large transfers
The portal supports files up to 10 MB each. Larger files, special geographic restrictions and customer-controlled repositories require agreed transfer arrangements. Never bypass client confidentiality requirements to meet a deadline.
Physical items if separately agreed
Any approved physical shipment must specify destination, carrier, cost, responsibility, tracking and expected delivery in the quote. No standard shipping times or free-shipping entitlement are promised by this website.
