Digital services and deliverables
CDX supplies scoped professional support and digital files. A physical return is normally unnecessary. Identify the affected service or deliverable and the problem through the contact form or project workspace so it can be assessed against the agreed scope.
Errors and service failures
We review the reported issue, supporting records and agreed requirements. Where a problem can be remedied, we discuss correction and timing. Applicable consumer guarantees may provide a remedy such as rectification, cancellation, refund or compensation depending on the circumstances.
Change of mind and cancellation
Before work starts, request cancellation promptly. Once authorised work has begun, cancellation charges, if any, reflect the written engagement terms and work actually performed, subject to applicable law. There is no blanket exclusion of refunds for digital deliverables.
Scope disagreements
If an output appears incomplete, identify the missing requirement and its source. We distinguish an unmet agreed requirement from a new request. Pause disputed additional scope while the parties clarify it; do not treat use of this website as approval of unquoted work.
Refund method and records
Any agreed refund is documented against the relevant invoice and normally returned through the original payment arrangement where practicable. Timing depends on the payment provider and is confirmed when the remedy is agreed. This website does not currently take payments.
Consumer rights remain
Nothing in this policy excludes non-excludable rights under Australian Consumer Law. The 12-month work warranty is additional protection. For general information, consult the ACCC consumer rights and guarantees guidance.
