We agree the deliverable list, inputs, intended use, output formats and review responsibilities. The quote states the starting rate or fixed fee, assumptions and any scope exclusions.
People prepare your documentation
We do not use generative AI to prepare client documentation. Our team uses agreed production tools and customer-approved information. Client intellectual property must not be uploaded to public AI platforms.
Quality through checkpoints
A representative sample establishes the format. Production checks cover consistency, references and completeness; the customer’s technical authority reviews engineering meaning and operating requirements.
No hidden approval claims
We do not provide engineering certification or technical sign-off. Engineering, FEA and CFD are coming soon and are not available as current CDX services.
Support after delivery
Our 12-month work warranty includes priority correction of errors and minor updates within the agreed scope at no additional charge. Read the warranty page for scope and how to request support.
