Clear commitments for cross-border work.
Our policy framework
These policies describe the practices and expectations supporting CDX engagements. They do not claim that CDX has multinational offices, a certified management system or a particular legal reporting obligation. The contracting entity, applicable jurisdictions and project-specific requirements must be confirmed before work begins.
Service and customer policies
Read Terms of Service, Warranty, Return & Refund, Shipping & Delivery and Complaints & Dispute Resolution together with your written quote and scope. Non-excludable rights remain unaffected.
Information and supplier policies
Privacy, Cookies & Chat, Information Security, Data Retention, Intellectual Property, Responsible AI and Supplier Code of Conduct address how information and external relationships should be managed.
People and international responsibilities
Anti-Bribery & Conflicts, Human Rights & Modern Slavery, Sustainability, Accessibility and International Trade policies establish expectations. Project-specific assessments and relevant professional advice are still required.
