Requirements first
We scope backend data preparation around your source and target systems, entities, volumes and acceptance rules. Typical work includes item masters, BOMs, document references and asset data. This is a project service, not a preconnected ERP integration.
Discover and map
Inventory exports, identify authoritative owners and create a field-by-field mapping. Record target types, required fields, units, allowed values and transformation rules. Resolve business meaning before changing records.
Clean and validate
Flag duplicate identifiers, missing required values, invalid units and broken parent-child references. Preserve the source and record proposed corrections in an exception log for the data owner to approve.
Test and reconcile
Prepare agreed import files, run authorised sandbox trials and reconcile counts and relationships. Access to your ERP, specialist vendor tools and production cutover are separately scoped and approved; nothing is connected automatically by this website.
Cutover and handover
Agree a backup, rollback plan, responsibility matrix and acceptance record before production activity. Deliver mapping documents, exception logs and operating notes with the migrated dataset or import package.
