Client source material
You must have authority to provide the drawings, models, data, trademarks and other material used in your project. Tell us about licence restrictions and permitted users. Supplying a file does not automatically transfer ownership or permit publication.
Deliverables and background tools
Ownership, licences, editable files and rights to reuse project deliverables are determined in the written engagement. CDX and third parties may retain rights in pre-existing templates, software and methods. The agreement should distinguish those background materials from the customer-specific output.
Confidential examples
Client work is not published as a case study without written permission. Demonstration samples are labelled as such. Permission for one image or project does not grant permission to expose every related file or identify other parties.
Third-party content
Supplier manuals, standards, fonts and software may carry separate licences. We do not reproduce restricted publications or imply ownership of third-party technical material. Use approved references and obtain any necessary licence before including content in a deliverable.
AI and reuse
Confidential client IP must not be entered into the public website chatbot or uploaded to public AI services. The client-documentation service is human-prepared using agreed tools. The educational website and synthetic podcast narration are separate public-content activities.
Concerns and takedown
If you believe content is used without authority, contact CDX with the relevant URL, your relationship to the material and enough detail to assess the concern. Avoid sending further confidential content publicly. We review the issue and take appropriate corrective action.
